  • Introduction of new meal ideas, recipes, or cooking strategies.
  • Adjusting hydration, exercise, or lifestyle recommendations if needed.

Education & Motivation

  • Motivational strategies to maintain consistency and long-term success.

Setting New Goals & Next Steps

  • Establishing small, achievable goals for the next follow-up.
